Spaggle is a software product studio. This policy explains how we handle information on this website (spaggle.com). We keep data collection to a minimum: the only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us through our contact form. We don’t run advertising, and we never sell your data.

Each product we operate — Cadence, Concourse, Focused Lens — has its own privacy policy that governs that product. This policy is about the Spaggle company site only.

If you simply browse this site, we don’t ask you for any personal information.

If you contact us through the form, we collect only what you provide:

• Your email address — so we can respond.
• Your message and topic — the content of your enquiry.

How we use it

• Web3Forms — delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox. Your message passes through their service solely to reach us.
• Our hosting provider — serves the website and keeps standard security logs.

This site contains no advertising and no third-party advertising trackers. We don’t build advertising profiles and we never sell your data.

Retention

We keep contact-form correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our records of it, then delete it when it’s no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve sent us. Just contact us and we’ll help. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local privacy laws.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
